Sheik responded to my voicemail the same day and made an appointment to check out my pool problem the next day. He fixed the problem, answered all my questions and offered helpful preventative advice. He was friendly, professional, very courteous and reasonably priced. I live in Saint Cloud and previously used the other pool stores locally and in the county, but wasn't satisfied with their service. Poolcare365 will be the only one I hire for all my future pool needs.
